What I Did: Week Ending 2010-02-07

  • Valentine's Day will begin the year of the Tiger. #
  • I vote for @LAGenX for a Shorty Award in #innovation because… they simply are the best. Is there another reason? http://bit.ly/shorty #
  • OK. So I have an audtion Saturday night for @Daynalynnn 's The Small of Her Back at the Alliance. It's been a whole month not being on stage #
  • On Saturday the 20th, I have another audition for the @ATL_Essential Theatre Play Festival plays which will be produced at @AExpress. #
  • Did 5 stage shows last year. I am looking foward to what this year has to bring. Maybe a replacement for my Day Job!! Please?!!?!??! #
  • Just realize that the new Pokemon games arrive next month. I remember buying Pokemon Blue at the airport in London. I was hooked after that. #
  • I am verbose today. hmmm… #
  • Having to take the Myers-Briggs test for work. Do they know my masters thesis incorporated Myers-Briggs? Today I shall be an NTFS. #
  • 1) ABCD Puppies? 2) LMNO Puppies. 1) OSAR. CMPN? #
  • NTFS. figure that one out. When I took this in college I was INFJ. Will see what a decade or two has done. #
  • Masters Thesis BTW was "Learning Styles and Teaching Methods of Gerogia State Park Interpreters". The Park Rangers who give guided tours. #
  • BA in Anthropology (Archaeology – Colonial Ceramics) and a Masters of Recreation Administration. And now I test software for a living. #
  • Both degrees were from Georgia Southern (College when I started) University (when I gradutated). #
  • Perferred career is acting. But QA (and the wife) pays the bills… right now. #
  • is there a Trance Energy equivalent in North America? #

What I Did: Week Ending 2010-01-17

  • OK. I have decided that I did really bad at last years Atl Unifieds. Only a single call and that because my resume said I sing. #
  • Despite no calls from the Unifieds, I did 5 plays last year. 2 of them as lead. plans this year are to spend the 1st Q in acting classes. #
  • Put over 8000 miles on my truck related to acting. That is about a 10th of the total mileage for last year. #
  • Doctor Who and Battlestar Galactica take on Law & Order: UK #
  • I have used bit.ly myself, but .ly is the top level domain for Lybia just as .us is the for USA and .fm is the Federated States o Micronesia #
  • .tv is the island of Tuvalu. Each country can open up their domain for sale or not. To have a .uk TLD you have to be a citizen of the UK #
  • During the Eocene (56 to 34 million years ago), the average temperature at the poles was 59 to 68 F. Man did not cause that warming did we? #

  • Egads. It's Friday of the first full week of 2010. Roads are a little icy her in Atl. #
  • Started advanced scene study again this week with Pat Hurley at the Alliance. Planning on being in acting classes the first quarter of 2010. #
  • Gladiators Hockey game tonight at the Arena at Gwinnett. Taking on the Stingrays. #
